I spent years as a construction worker. I learned the trade the way most people do—showing up early, staying late, and learning what happens when shortcuts catch up with you. Twenty years ago, I started Consolidated Industries Inc. The idea was simple. We would offer real craftsmanship—roofing, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, welding, interior and exterior painting, conveyor installation and maintenance. We would stay local and stay honest. We would be licensed and locally owned, the way trust works in Maryland.
